SUBJECT: UNAVAILABILITY OF THE CCMA’S DIGITAL CASE REFERRAL AND APPLICATION PLATFORM
Please be advised that the CCMA’s e-referral digital platform which allows users to lodge case referrals and make applications digitally, will not be available from Friday, 23 October 2020 at 18h00pm due to systems upgrades that are underway. The CCMA’s e-referral digital platform will be fully functional from Saturday, 24 October 2020 at 18h00pm.
The CCMA can still be reached on the following email address; email@example.com for any case related queries needing procedural advice. Alternatively, Users can also contact the CCMA through the following email addresses, applicable to each CCMA office:
