Director's Lecture at the Nelson Mandela University

Dear Stakeholders

 

The Director of the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA), Mr Cameron Sello Morajane, will be delivering a lecture to Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law (PGDLL) students under the theme:

 

“The strategic direction of the CCMA in terms of dispute prevention”

 

The CCMA and Bargaining Councils have partnered with the Nelson Mandela University (NMU) and 5 other universities to deliver a Programme in Labour Dispute Resolution Practice (LDRP). As part of the official agreement between the CCMA and the University, the PGDLL is designed to enable people to specialize in Labour Law. The qualification is targeted at legal practitioners, human resources officers, trade unionists, aspirant CCMA Commissioners and Bargaining Council Panellists and lastly individuals who wish to enhance their dispute resolution and conflict management skills in the area of industrial relations.

 

The time, date and venue are as follows:

Venue: Nelson Mandela University, North Campus Conference Centre
