Professional Assistant to the GM: External Relations & Business Development (Fixed term contract) - National Office - (Post level:P08)

The Department of External Relations and Business Development has a vacancy of Professional Assistant to the Acting GM:

Purpose: To provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support and assistance to the GM: External Relations and Business Development and to assist with Departmental projects and activities as well as ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Performance Areas:

• Office Administration
• Travel Administration
• Procurement.


Key Requirements:

• Secretarial Certificate/Diploma (or relevant equivalent) or any other relevant qualification.
• Multi-linguistic fluency appropriate to the needs of the CCMA and South Africa as well as a good, clear telephone voice and excellent telephone etiquette (distinct advantage).
• 1 - 3 years’ administrative support experience.
